Classification of unstable angina according to braunwald不稳定型心绞痛braunwald分级 I. Severity分级

Class 1. New onset of severe or accelerated angina.严重的初发心绞痛或恶化型心绞痛 Class II. Angina at rest,subacute(>48 h from presentation)亚急性静息型心绞痛（48小时内无发作）

Class III. Angina at rest,acute(≤48h from presentation)急性静息心绞痛（小于48小时内发作）

C postinfarction unstable angina(≤2 wk after infarction)心梗后心绞痛（心梗后2周） III. Intensity of treatment治疗情况、 1. Absence of therapy未治疗 2. Standard therapy标准治疗
