摘要

本次毕业设计的课题是基于Pro/E的一级圆柱齿轮减速器三维装配建模及运动仿真,研究的主要方向是机械工程及自动化。在各个基本零件运动的特点的基础上,引入创新的思维和概念,对零件进行组合以达到设计要求。齿轮减速器是日常生产加工中非常普遍的机械,由于结构复杂,生产过程较长,采用Pro/E进行辅助设计较为方便。在对一级直齿圆柱齿轮减速器的参数化设计的基础上,利用Pro/E进行三维的实体模型建立,并对三维实体模型进行虚拟的装配以及运动仿真,从而验证该模型的有效性和可行性。

在设计过程中,综合运用三维设计课程及选修课程,如制图、机械制造工艺、机械制造基础等,运用已经学过的理论和生产实际知识去分析和解决工程实际问题,使理论知识更充分地融入实践中,并得到更好的发挥!

通过设计,可以培养工程设计的独立工作能力,树立正确的设计思想,掌握常用三维图的绘制和基本零件的加工工艺的方法和步骤,并能综合地考虑经济、工艺等方面的设计要求,确定合理的设计方案。并能熟练的应用有关参考资料、计算图表、手册、图集、规范和有关国家标准。

Abstract

The topic of this graduation design is level of cylindrical gear reducer based on Pro/E 3 d motion simulation, assembly modeling and research is the main direction of the mechanical engineering and automation. On the basis of the movement characteristics of the basic parts, the introduction of innovative thinking and concepts, combination ofparts so as to meet the design requirements. Gear reducer is very common in daily production and processing machinery, because of its complex structure, production process is longer, using Pro/E to aided design is more convenient. At level 1 straight tooth cylindrical gear reducer, on the basis of parametric design, use of Pro/E to establish 3 d entity model and the three-dimensional entity model of virtual assembly and motion simulation, so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.

In the process of design, the integrated use of 3 d design courses and elective courses, such as drawing, mechanical manufacturing technology, mechanical manufacturing base, etc. Has studied the theory and knowledge of the production practice to analyze and solve practical engineering problems, make theory knowledge more fully into practice, and better play!

By design, can train the ability of engineering design work independently, set up the correct design ideas, to master the commonly used three-dimensional graph drawing and basic components of the methods and steps of machining process, and can comprehensively consider the design requirements of economy, technology and so on, to determine the reasonable design scheme. And proficient in the application of relevant resources, computing diagrams, manuals, atlas, specification and the relevant national standards.
