写作基础篇——句子成分之主语

【技能讲解】 主语是句子的主体，是句子要说明的人或事物，表示句子描述的是谁或什么。主语通常由名词、代词、数词、名词化的形容词、动词不定式、动名词或从句等充当。

典例剖析

1.[2015·课标全国卷Ⅰ]The_“Foreign_Cultures”_section in our newspaper is very popular among us students.

[答案] The “Foreign Cultures” section(外国文化栏目)，名词作主语。句意：我校校报中的“外国文化”栏目在我们学生中颇受欢迎。

2．[2015·江苏高考]It is everybody's duty to_observe_the_rules to keep our society in order and going on the right track.

[答案] it作形式主语，动词不定式to observe the rules(遵守规则)作真正的主语。句意：为了使我们的社会井然有序，遵守规则是我们每个人的责任。

技能点拨 可以变化使用动词不定式、动名词或主语从句作主语，避免句子形式单一。如果主语只是一个名词，可以在名词前增加修饰、限定的形容词来为句子增添亮点，如fantastic scenery, effective method等。
