[摘要] 本论文主要进行年产2000吨发酵豆奶饮料工厂设计。针对年产2000吨发酵豆奶饮料工厂进行了车间平面设计、产品方案及工艺论证、设备选型、物料衡算、企业组织等研究与设计。并绘制了工艺流程图(1张)、生产车间设备平面布置图(1张)、总平面布置图(1张)。
