根据<<中华人民共和国劳动法>>和有关法规，甲方双方经平等协商一致，自愿签订本合同，共同遵守本合同所列条款。
Party A and Party B, upon equal consultation, hereby agree to conclude and enter into the terms and conditions as below for joint compliance in accordance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant rules and regulations. 一、工作合同期限 Contract Term 第一条 本合同为 壹年 期限合同。 Clause 1

第四条 原则上执行标准工时制度，乙方每日工作时间8小时，每周工作40小时。

第六条 甲方为乙方提供必要的工作条件，建立健全工作方式，制订工作规范和工作制度。 Clause 6 Party A shall provide necessary work conditions for Party B, establish sound work mode, and formulate job specification and system.
四、劳动报酬Labor Remuneration
第七条 甲方每月 18 日前以货币形式支付乙方工资，每月实发工资税后为 元。

Clause 9 Party B shall be entitled to the benefits as set forth in the relevant rules and regulations of the State and Beijing Municipality if he/she is ill with occupational disease or injured due to work.
第十条 甲方为乙方提供以下福利待遇：详则见XXX管理制度。 Clause 10 Party A shall enable Party B to be entitled to the following welfare and benefits: refer to XXX management system for details.
六、合约的变更、解除Contract Alternation and Cancellation
第十一条 有下列情形之一的，甲乙双方应变更合同并及时办理变更合同手续：
Clause 11 Party A and Party B shall alter this Contract and promptly go through contract alternation procedures if any of the following circumstances happens:
（一）甲乙双方协商一致的；Party A and Party B reach an agreement on alternation upon negotiation;
（二）订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行的；The performance of this Contract is rendered discontinued by the substantial change of objective circumstances which the conclusion of this Contract is relied upon;
（三）订立本合同所依据的法律法规、规章发生变化的。Laws, rules and regulations upon which the conclusion of this Contract is relied change.
第十二条 乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除本合同：
Clause 12 Party A shall be entitled to cancel this Contract in any of the following circumstances:
（一） 在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的；Party B is proven during the probationary period not to satisfy the requirements of employment;
（二） 严重违反劳动纪律或者甲方利益造成重大损害的；Party B materially violates labor disciplines or causes substantial damage to Party A’s interests;
（三） 严重失职，营私舞弊，对甲方利益造成重大损害的；Party B seriously neglects his duty, engages in malpractice for selfish ends and brings significant damage to Party A’s interests;
（四） 被依法追究刑事责任的。Part B is being investigated for criminal liability in accordance with the law.
第十三条 有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除本合同，但应当提前30日以书面形式通知乙方：
Clause 13 Party A may dissolve this Contract by giving a thirty-day prior written notice to Party B if any of the following circumstances happens:
（一）乙方患病或者非因工负伤，医疗期满后，不能从事原工
作也不能从事由甲方另行安排的工作的；Party B is incapable of performing his original work and any new job as arranged by Party A after the stipulated period of medical leave for an illness or non-work-related injury expires;
（二）乙方不能胜任工作，经过培训或者调整工作岗位，仍不
能胜任工作的；Party B is incompetent and remains incompetent after training or adjustment of his position;
（三）本合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使本合同无法履行，经甲方双方协商不能就变更工作合同达成协议的。A major change in the objective circumstances on which the conclusion of this Contract is relied hinders continued performance of this Contract, and after consultation, Party A and Party B are unable to reach an agreement on amending this Contract.
第十四条 甲方濒临破产进行法定整顿期间或者生产经营状况发生严重困难，符合裁减人员条件的，甲方可以解除合同。
Clause 14 Party A shall be entitled to rescind this Contract in the event that Party A is bankrupt or enters statutory consolidation period or experiences difficulties in the production and operation or finds it necessary to reduce the workforce.
第十五条 乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方不得解除本合同；
Clause 15 Party A shall not cancel this Contract in any of the following circumstances:
（一）患病或者非因工负伤，在规定的医疗期内的；Party B is ill or injured not due to work and the mandatory medical treatment period has not expired;
（二）女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期内的; Party B is a woman who is pregnant, on materiality leave, or nursing a baby;
第十六条 乙方解除本合同，应当提前30日以书面形式通知甲方，甲方应予以办理相关手续。但乙方给甲方造成经济损失尚未处理完毕或因其他问题正在被审查期间的情况除外。 Clause 16 Unless otherwise all economic losses caused to Party A by Party B have been completely covered or Party B is not under any investigation for other issues, Party B may cancel this Contract by giving a thirty-day prior written notice to Party A, and Party A under this
