摘 要

近年来,多种传染性疾病的传播促使一种全新的便携式消毒设备的出现。为了满足家用和医用要求,本文设计一种由单片机89C51控制的便携式多功能消毒系统。设计选用了高温消毒,紫外消毒,和臭氧消毒的方法,可根据不同的要求自行设计消毒参数。高温消毒部分采用了可控加热和温度检测电路。温度检测电路选用DS18B20传感器,它不需要外部电源,因为它可以自身供电(“寄生电源”)。DS18B20只有一根口线(单线制),可以与微处理器直接相连(或接地)即可实现微处理器与DS18B20的双向通讯,在使用中不需要任何外围元件。测温范围是-55℃~125℃。臭氧浓度测量系统采用数字滤波核技术去除气路切换造成的测量粗差,提高和确保了系统测量精度与准确性,该系统能够与数控型臭氧发生器电源供电系统通讯,实现臭氧生产的闭环控制。控制方面采用了PID调解,使系统更稳定,操作更方便。

Title: Portable multi-purpose decontamination system

Abstract

In recent years, a variety of infectious diseases prompted the emergence of new portable disinfection equipment.To enough the domestic and medical requirements of this, design a portable multifunctional system of disinfection controlled by single chip-Microcomputer 89C51. We can choose the method of a , ultraviolet disinfection and ozone disinfection and may be based on different requirements design disinfection parameters. The part of use circuit. Circuit of temperature detection chooses DS18B20 sensors. The DS18B20 does not need an external power supply because it derives power directly form the data line (“parasite power”). The DS18B20 communicates

over a 1-Wire bus , which by definition requires only one data line (and ground ) for communication with a central micro-processor. It operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃ and accurate to 0.5℃. The digital filter technology of ozone concentration measurement systems is used to eliminate the measuring error which the course of valve switching. So the measuring precision and veracity are improved and insured. This system can achieve the closed loop control in the ozone production through communicating with the power supply system of digital control type ozone-producing device. PID control used mediation, with a view to making the system more stable and more convenient operation.
