b.若评分有误。危机公关小组在30分钟内以电话形式告知社团评分的更改,并进行道歉。

3)若事态恶化,引起该社团及其他社团的强烈不满，危机公关小组

a.在1小时内找到相关社团的指导老师进行沟通,并争取老师的帮助。 b.在2小时内在制定公告以说明事情经过并视情况进行道歉。同时通知秘书处打印纸质公告粘贴于校区宣传栏。
