X62W万能铣床系统改造

摘要

随着国民经济的飞速发展,传统的机械制造业已向自动化方向发展。我国作为世界第二大经济体,其要从制造大国迈向创新。因此,制造业的转型、降级、技术进步也是势在必行。PLC控制是机械制造业向自动化生产方向发展的重要基础硬件,但目前我国机床摆脱传统的人工操作的覆级率约为 30~40%。工业化要求已达90%以上,为此改造现有的传统机床实现自动化加工是适应我国国情,投资少、见效快的一条捷径。本论文针对现有的普通铣床故障率高、设备年久,自动化程度低等问题,通过对X62W旧机床的分析,参考生产实际要求,对现有的X62W铣床进行改造,其方案按照“PLC+现场设备”模式进行,硬件以西门子S7系列PLC为控制核心,联合选用相关组件来搭建普通万用铣床控制系统。软件以Win CC V6.0和Step7 V4.0为开发环境,实现铣床的操作面板和用户程序设计,同时运用以太网和PROFIBUS现场总线实现铣床的功能控制和故障诊断。本论文用PLC控制系统提出了系统的解决方案,具有柔性化较好,操作简便,易于维护,改造成本较低等特点,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract

With the rapid development of national economy, the traditional mechanical manufacturing has to develop in the direction of automation. As the world's second largest economy in China, and its manufacturing power towards innovation. Therefore, the transformation of manufacturing industry, demotion, technological progress is imperative. PLC control is the important foundation of mechanical manufacturing industry to develop in the direction of automated production hardware, but at present our country machine tool to get rid of the traditional manual operation level of about 30 ~ 40%. Requirements of industrialization has reached more than 90%, to transform the existing traditional machine tool automation processing is to adapt to China's national conditions, less investment and quick result a shortcut. This paper in view of the existing ordinary milling machine failure rate is high, the device in long, low degree of automation, through the analysis of X62W old machine tool, refer to the actual production requirement, the modification of existing X62W milling machine, the plan shall be carried out in

accordance with the \jointly choose related components to build the common universal milling machine control system. Software to Win CC V6.0 and Step7 V4.0 for development environment, to realize the operation panel of milling machine and the user program design, at the same time using Ethernet and PROFIBUS field bus to realize the function of the milling machine control and fault diagnosis. This paper puts forward the solution of the system with PLC control system, has good flexibility, easy operation, easy maintenance, transformation cost is low, have certain application value.
