医院门诊收费系统是适应时代发展的需要,提高管理的效率而开发设计的。通过对信息的收集、存储、传递、统计、分析、综合查询、报表输出和信息共享,及时为医院领导及各部门管理人员提供全面、准确的各种数据。实现了医院管理的简单化和规划化,提高了医院的工作效率,从而使医院能够以少的投入获得更好的社会效益与经济效益。
作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对客户信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高门诊收费的效率,也是一个医院的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。
医院门诊收费管理系统是典型的信息管理系统,其主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起一致性、完整性强和安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序具有功能完备,易使用等特点。
经过分析如此情况,决定使用微软公司的Visual C++开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具,尤其是可视化界面这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的对话框窗体,后台采用MS Server2000
