摘 要
本设计为xx学院主教学楼设计,共五层,建筑高度为20.7m,整体是钢筋混凝土框架结
构。包括建筑设计,结构设计两部分内容。 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下,根据设计任务书的要求,综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。最终确定设计方案,画出建筑施工图。
结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案;选择合理的结构体系;进行结构布置,并初步估算,确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。
本设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后,选取一榀框架进行计算,用二次分配法算出内力,并对最不利活荷载和最不利内力进行分析,从而进行配筋计算。本设计基础形式采用柱下独立基础,楼梯为钢筋混凝土现浇梁式楼梯。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的创造性和合理性。
总之,适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则,两部分空间合理,连接紧凑,主次分明,使建筑空间的舒适度加以提高。 关键词:建筑 框架 结构设计 抗震设计

Abstract

The structural design is to determine the structure scheme based on the preliminary design of the building; reasonable structural system; structural layout, and preliminary estimates, to determine the size of structural components, structural calculation.
This design adopts the structure of cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame In estimating the load calculation and component section, select a framework for computing, using two methods of distribution to calculate the internal force, and the most unfavorable live load and the most unfavorable internal forces were analyzed, and calculation of reinforcement. The design of the base adopts the independent foundation under the column, the stairs for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete beam stairs The whole design is in line with the requirements of design and construction, has certain creativity and rationality.
