立式袋包装机总体设计

摘要

本文主要介绍了立式袋包装机的设计过程，对设备的基本原理、结构设计、参数设计以及各个子系统的主要功能都作了详细介绍。

立式包装机适用于日化、医药、食品、农药等各个行业的连续灌装。整机采用不锈钢制造，清洁卫生，完全符合食品生产的GMP要求。其包装速度快，可调速，可自动完成制袋、计量、充填、封合、分切、计数。这种方法适用于粉状、颗粒、块状、流体及胶体状物料的包装，特别以小食品、颗粒冲剂和速溶食品的包装应用最为广泛。其包装材料可为塑料单膜、复合薄膜等。

立式包装机主要由计量装置、传动系统、横封装置、纵封装置，切断装置、成型器，光电监测系统等几部分构成。本次设计主要完成机器总体、制袋成型器、横封装置，纵封装置、传动系统等主要零部件的设计，对主要结构的基本参数做了设计计算，完成了基本方案的确定。在此基础上，运用三维绘图软件SolidWorks进行三维建模和结构优化，使用CAXA绘制二维工程图。

立式包装机的特点是设计紧凑合理，外形简洁美观，调节便利，装置准确，整体灵敏度高，速度稳定，工作电压稳定，抗干扰能力强。

Abstract

This paper introduces vertical bag packaging machine process, the basic principles of equipment, structural design, parameter design and the main functions of the various subsystems are described in detail.

Vertical packaging machine is suitable for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, pesticide and other industries continuous filling.The machine made by stainless steel is clean, full compliance with GMP requirements of food production. Its packaging speed can be adjusted. The vertical packaging machine can automatically complete packing, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting. This method is suitable for the packaging of powder, granule, block, fluid and gel-like materials, particularly in small food granules, and instant food products most widely used. The packaging material can be plastic single-membrane, composite film, etc.

Vertical packaging machine is mainly composed of measurement devices, transmission, transverse sealing device, vertical sealing device, cutting devices, former, and optoelectronic monitoring system for several parts. This design was completed for the whole machine, former, transverse sealing device, vertical sealing device, transmission and other major components of the design. The basic parameters calculations of the main structural design and the basic program was completed. Moreover, the 3D modeling and structure optimizing are fulfilled by SolidWork, and the 2D engineering drawing is designed by CAXA.

Vertical Packaging Machine is characterized by compact and reasonable design, simple and beautiful appearance, convenient adjustment, accurate installation, the overall high sensitivity, speed stability, voltage stability, anti-interference ability.
