题目:飞机机翼的主体结构维修分析 [摘要]

本论文主要阐述了飞机机翼的主体结构(翼梁、蒙皮及复合材料)的损伤及修理方法,其中还包括翼梁的受载特点、翼梁的布置,超声波无损探伤所需设备与工作原理以及校核强度。从而在机翼出现故障后,能按照适当的修理方法,准确无误地对结构进行修理,以保证机翼能在飞机上发挥其应有的性能。

[Abstract]

This paper describes the main structure of the aircraft wing(wing spar,skin and composite materials)of damage and repair methods,which also includes the characteristics under load,the arrangement of the wing spar beam, ultrasonic nondestructive testing equipment and work required principle and checking strength.Resulting in failure of the wing, in accordance with the appropriate repair methods, accurate structural repairs to ensure that the wing can play its proper performance on aircraft.
