摘要
分析了我国城市轨道交通安全管理的现状及存在的问题，指出了影响城市
轨道发哦交通的几个重要因素，提出了应加大对工作人员和乘客的安全教育，加强硬件设备的安全系数，完善安全管理法律等方面，加强轨道交通的安全管理。
现代文明城市的创建，交通管理是关键。随着现代城市步伐的加快，交通管理滞后问题应引起高度重视，特别是大规模的项目建设搞好后，更要加强管理，采取相应措施。城市道路交通管理规划是城市可持续性发展的前提和基础，本文分析介绍了我国城市道路交通管理规划的现状，阐述了交通管理规划的目的、内容、层次及过程
当前，世界现代城市交通正进入以信息化为目标的新时期，一个包括道路建设、客货运体系和交通控制管理组成的快速、便捷、舒适、高效的城市交通系统，是衡量当前城市现代化水平的重要标志。提高现代化水平，既是城市交通发展的客观趋势，也是现代化建设的必由之路。随着我国国民经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快，如何解决城市交通问题已经成为城市可持续发展的一个重要课题，城市道路交通管理工作也面临着严峻的挑战。为了保证城市交通合理、有序的可持续性发展，就必须从城市交通系统的内在机制及其与外部环境条件之间的相互作用关系出发来进行合理的交通管理规划。

abstract
