中文摘要
现如今,人们对精神文化产品需求不断增加,文化贸易已经成为国际贸易中的重要组成部分和新的竞争领域。它对于促进经济发展、提高劳动生产率和就业水平、增加城市综合竞争力等方面都具有积极的意义。近年来,虽然我国对外贸易获得了飞速发展,可是对外文化贸易却远远落后于国家对外贸易的总体增幅,存在结构不合理、知识产权侵权问题严重、贸易逆差严重、科技含量和创新能力低等诸多问题。
本文将从介绍文化产业贸易的概念、特征以及其作用出发,对我国对外文化贸易现状及发展中存在问题进行分析,总结原因,并提出发展我国对外文化贸易的对策和措施。

Abstract
Nowadays, with increasing demand for cultural product, cultural trade became one of the major components of international trade and a new filed of competition. It has positive influence on many aspects including promoting economic growth; improve work efficiency and employment rate, and increase city's comprehensive competitiveness. Although Chinese foreign trade has improved greatly in recent years, cultural trades’ growth rate is lagged far behind. Irrational structure, serious Intellectual Property Infringement problem, severe deficit and low tech innovation are several of the many issue. This paper will introduce the cultural industry trade from the concept, characteristics and its role in China's foreign trade situation and development of existing problems analysis, summary reasons, and put forward the development of China's foreign strategies and measures of cultural trade.
