After nu merous frie ndly n egotiati ons betwee n the customer and the con tractor, both agree on the fabricatio n cost of this project.
经共同友情协商，客户方和合同方对该项目的制作费用已达成一致意见。
The con tract was sig ned by the customer and the con tractor, and the con tract clauses of protocol of both sides are as follows:
合同由客户方和合同方共同签署，双方合同条款为以下所述： Article 1 条款1

The con tractor must con struct the stage meticulously accord ing to the desig n proposal approved in the course of bid of both sides, in charge of coord ination work with exhibition sponsor, and make sure the stage can be used no rmally duri ng this exhibiti on period. （Desig n proposal as an appe ndix of this con tract.）
合同方必须细致的按照双方同意的设计书的要求建造和搭建展台，负责和展会赞助商的协调工作，确保展 台在展会举行期间正常使用。 （合同附件请参见设计书。）
The customer should pay the project fund on schedule accord ing to the stipulati ons of this con tract （Total

The con tractor must beg in releva nt preparati on within the first day after receivi ng the adva nee payme nt of the project.
The legal efficacy of this con tract will disappear once this exhibiti on en ds, the n both don 'have to execute the con tract.

2. Advaneed payment: The customer pays 50% amount of money ( U.S.$ ________ ), above-mentioned in Article

1. If the dispute takes place betwee n the customer and the con tractor, it will be resolved through con sultati on. While consultation doesn 'work, the dispute will be solved through The Arbitration Law.
如客户方和合同方之间发生争议，双方将进行协商解决。如果无法协商，争议将依照仲裁法解决。 2. If the customer and the con tractor don ' tecute the obligati on accord ing to this con tract, pay the amount of mon ey, and the other behavior to make the con tract can not be continu ed, the customer or the
con tractor should be resp on sible for break ing the con tract, and pay forfeit. The forfeit money will not be more tha n the amount money of this project.
如客户方和合同方中有任何一方没有执行合同的义务，如客户方未支付合同规定的全部款项，如任 何一方的行
