Topic: The solution to the education of poor students studying abroad Country: The Russian Federation

Nowadays, with the development of the whole world, the gap between the wealth and the poor has become deeper and deeper. The only way to solve this problem is education. However, in many countries, a large number of poor students don’t have a chance to receive a qualified cosmetic education, and they can’t pay to study abroad, as government does not have any policy to support them.

Russia, as a dominant country in the world, regards education as one of the most important things. Russia has implemented the privatization of universities since 1998, and President Putin has signed the Education Developing Program of Russia Federation. From the beginning of 21st century, Russia has expanded the enrollment of foreign students and offered a certain amount of award money, which has made Russia one of the high-educated countries.

Russia feels obliged to help those students studying abroad. Russia believes efforts should be made as follows:

1. Each country can choose a number of well-behaved students to be the exchanged students.

2. Government should sign several policies to support poor students. The expense should be free.

3. All countries should pay more attention on students studying abroad. Governments should provide subsidy for students.

4. Russia will continue to support poor students abroad, but this is based on that the education quality of cosmetic students is guaranteed.

Russia believe that with the cooperation of all the countries, world’s education would be better and better.
