闲着无聊，总结了一下自己掌握的土木方面的期刊，岩土方面不是太了解，不做评论。个人意见，仅作参考.

混凝土材料类的

（1）Cement and concrete research (Elsevier); IF:2.781，投稿周期：4-8个月，据稿一般1到2个月。中稿难度：5星
