TEST ITEMS 测试项目 - Salt Spray 盐雾测试 - Damp heat 耐湿热性测试 - Rapid temperature variations 快速温度变化测试 - Torque force 扭力测试 - Withstanding voltage 耐压测试 - Temperature rise 温升测试 - Vibration 振动测试 3. TEST METHOD 测试方法 3.1 - Salt Spray (CNS、C6014、NFC93461§3.4.6): 盐雾测试 (按标准CNS\\C6014\\ NFC93461§3.4.6): Test requirements: 测试要求： 1） Sample size: 4pcs at least 试样数：至少4pcs零件 2） Test time: 96 hours 测试时间：96小时 3）Temperature: 35±2℃ 测试温度：35±2℃ 4）Saline solution with a concentration of 5% NaCl in weight 盐溶液浓度为5%NaCl 5）PH value of saline solution: 6.5~7.2 盐溶液PH值在6.5~7.2间 6）Every 24 hours, please check the samples surface if there are changes, and record the result in the report 每24小时，观察样品的表面是否有变化，并记录在报告中 7）At the end of test, samples shall be rinsed 5 minutes with demineralized water and placed in oven at 100±2℃ during 1 hour minimum.
