设计题目:20万m3/d生活污水氧化沟处理工艺设计

摘 要

本次毕业设计的题目为某污水处理厂设计——氧化沟工艺。主要任务是工艺流程选择及构筑物设计和计算。本污水处理厂主体处理系统分为两个部分污水处理系统和污泥处理系统,污水处理系统包括:格栅、污水提升泵站、曝气沉砂池、鼓风机房、配水井、氧化沟、接触消毒池与加氯间。污泥处理系统包括:污泥浓缩池、污泥脱水机房。污水处理工艺流程为污水先到粗格栅,通过污水提升泵到细格栅,再到曝气沉砂池通过配水井到三槽式氧化沟,通过接触消毒池后出水。污泥处理工艺流程为:氧化沟中的污泥到达浓缩池经脱水机房,最后泥外运。设计进水水质为:BOD5=260mg/L,COD=400mg/L,SS=380mg/L,TN=50mg/L,TP=8mg/L;设计出水水质为:BOD5≤30mg/L,COD≤100mg/L,SS≤30mg/L,TN≤25mg/L,TP≤3.0mg/L,即污水处理厂出水水质要求达到国家《污水综合排放标准(GB8978-2002)》中二级标准。

Abstract

The graduation design topic for a sewage treatment plant design - oxidation ditch process. Main task is to process selection and structure design and calculation. This sewage treatment plant main processing system is divided into two parts of the sewage treatment system and sludge treatment system, sewage treatment system include: grille, sewage pumping station, aerated grit chamber, blower room, match well, oxidation ditch, the contact between chlorine disinfection pool. Sludge treatment systems include: the sludge thickener and sludge dewatering machine room. Wastewater treatment process for wastewater to coarse grid, first by sewage lift pump to fine screen, and then to aerated grit chamber through the Wells to three slot type oxidation ditch, through contact disinfection after the pool water. In the sludge treatment process is: the oxidation ditch arrive sludge thickener dewatering machine room, finally sinotrans mud. Design the water quality is: the BOD = 260 mg/L, COD = 400 mg/L, SS = 380 mg/L, TN = 50 mg/L, TP = 8 mg/L; Design for discharging water, BOD 30 mg/L, or less COD acuities were 100 mg/L, SS 30 mg/L, or less TN acuities were 25 mg/L, TP 3.0 mg/L or less, the sewage treatment plant effluent water quality
