摘要: 在世界经济一体化的背景下，我国企业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战，企业要想生存并发展壮大，就必须适应国内外各种环境的变化。本文以我国中小企业财务管理的现状为视角，分析探究其中存在的一些典型问题，并提出相应的改进措施，以提高财务管理水平，促进企业管理的完善，使其在激烈的竞争环境中能够稳步前进。
