摘要

混凝土是建筑工程结构中使用最为广泛的建筑材料,其优点是:取材广

泛,抗压能力强,耐火性好,不易风化,养护费用低,且价格不高。但是,混凝土也存在抗拉能力差,脆性差,容易开裂等缺点。一般对建筑结构的使用无大的危害,可允许其存在;但是这些裂缝在使用荷载或外界物理、化学因素的作用下,不断产生和扩展,引起混凝土碳化、保护层剥落、钢筋腐蚀,使混凝土的强度和刚度受到削弱,耐久性降低,严重时甚至发生垮塌事故,危害结构的正常使用,以上这些都是混凝土在建筑工程结构中普遍存在且必须加以控制的实际问题。 本文从混凝土原材料、配合比、施工温度、施工现场养护等方面对建筑工程结构中混凝土常见裂缝造成的原因进行分析探讨。并针对混凝土裂缝产生的原因在混凝土材料选择、配合比优化、施工温度方面、以及施工现场的养护等方面提出控制裂缝产生的措施。

Abstract

Concrete is one of the most widely used building materials in the construction engineering structure. It has the advantages of wide materials, high compressive strength, good resistance to fire, low maintenance cost and low price. However, the concrete also has the shortcomings of poor tensile capacity, poor brittleness, easy cracking and so on. General of building structures using no great harm, to allow its existence; but these cracks under load or external physical, chemical factors, constantly produce and expand, caused by carbonation of concrete, protection layer spalling, corrosion of reinforcement, concrete strength and stiffness weakened, reducing the durability, serious or even collapse accident occurred, damage structure normal use, these are concrete in the construction engineering structure are common and must be the actual control problems.

This paper analyzes the causes of concrete cracks in the construction project from the aspects of concrete materials, mix proportion, construction temperature, construction site maintenance and so on. And in view of the causes of concrete cracks in the selection of concrete materials, optimization of mix ratio, construction temperature, and the maintenance of the construction site and other aspects of the control measures to control cracks.
