摘 要
风能是一种清洁并且可再生的能源,利用风能发电能够大量减少其它发电方式对环境的污染。风力发电机的原理是:一定速度前进的风吹在静止的风力机叶片上做功并驱动发电机发电,先通过叶轮将风能转变成机械能,在由发电机将机械能转变成电能。本文设计了一台功率为1.5兆瓦的风力发电机组,其为水平轴风力发电机,由风轮、发电机、偏航装置、控制系统、塔架等部件组成。为了使所设计的风力发电机能够符合运行要求,本文利用瑞利法并结合振动理论的计算方法对机组进行了动态特性分析,依此来了解机组在运行过程中各部件的固有频率是否满足要求。同时,结合材料力学相关知识对塔架以及叶片的静强度进行校核,以确定叶片和塔架在承受载荷时是否满足应力要求。计算结果表明机组的动态特性和静强度均符合要求。

Abstract
Wind energy is a clean and renewable energy sources, The use of wind energy to power can reduce a large number of environmental pollution compare with other ways. The principle of wind turbine is: A certain wind speed blowing to the stationary blades of wind turbine-driven generators work and driving generator to power, through the impeller into the wind mechanical energy, then to electrical energy by the generator. In this paper, a power of 1.5 MW wind turbine is designed and its horizontal axis wind turbine, Composed by the impeller, generator, yaw devices, control systems, towers and other components. In order to make wind turbines designed to meet the operational requirements, this article combines the use of Rayleigh law with the calculation of vibration theory to analysis the dynamic properties of the wind turbine, and so to aware if the components meets the requirements of the natural frequencies when the wind turbine in operation. At the same time, combined with the knowledge of mechanics of materials to check the static strength of tower and blade, and then determine if the blade and tower meet the requirements when under loading. The results show that the Dynamic Characteristics and Static Strength are in line with the requirements.
