浅谈生产企业固定资产管理存在的问题及对策

摘要：固定资产管理是企业管理工作的一个很重要的环节，起着至关重要的作用。

改进和加强企业固定资产管理，是提高固定资产使用效率和效益，保持国有资产保值增值的基本要求。通过提高固定资产的使用效率和效益能够优化企业资源配置，节省企业运营成本，使有限的资源发挥更大更多的作用,为企业创造更多的利润。本设计以飞盛石油有限责任公司为例，分析了其在固定资产管理中存在的一些问题，针对这些问题提出了加强固定资产购入管理；提高管理意识，健全管理制度等措施，以加强对固定资产的管理工作，提高固定资产的使用效益。

Abstract：Fixed assets management is one of the key link in enterprise or unit

management , which plays a vital role. Improve and strengthen the enterprise unit management of fixed assets is a basic requirement of the state-owned assets to improve the efficiency and benefits. By improving the utilization efficiency of fixed assets and efficiency to optimize enterprise resource allocation, save enterprise operating costs, create more profits for the enterprise. Modern enterprise management system should be set up new \to make more limited resources to play a bigger role. This design mainly Fei sheng co.Ltd as an example, analyses some problems in the fixed assets management, aiming at these problems and putting forward countermeasures in order to strengthen the management of fixed assets purchased; improve management consciousness and other measures, increase the benefit of fixed assets.
