摘 要
自动打包控制系统是现在工厂生产应用最普遍的控制系统之一,它能够提高生产效率,大大降低人工成本,使工厂效益达到最大,真正实现无人化、智能化操作管理。通过对瓷质砖从窑炉输出过程的分析,考虑采用西门子公司S7-200 PLC来设计整个控制系统。PLC的抗干扰能力强,可以直接用于有强烈干扰的工业生产现场。控制系统的硬件采用S7-200的CPU223模块,并扩展了两个数字量模块EM223CN,留有一定的I/O点数供以后扩展功能使用,软件部分采用梯形图编写。详细分析了瓷质砖从窑炉输出到打包结束过程,系统的信号采集使用光电传感器和接近开关。在瓷质砖最后的传输阶段采用了微动开关,砖到达此处触动微动开关,发出声光提示,使操作人员及时将砖装箱,防止落下,避免了意外情况发生。 关键词:S7-200 PLC;EM223;瓷质砖;打包控制系统 全套设计加q 36396305

ABSTRACT
Automatic packaging control system is now the factory production of one of the most common control system application, it can improve the efficiency of production, greatly reduce labor costs, maximize the factory benefit, realize unmanned, intellectualized operation management. Through the analysis of ceramic tile from the kiln output process, consider adopting Siemens S7-200 PLC to design the whole control system. PLC anti-jamming capability is strong, can be directly used for industrial production field have a strong interference. The hardware of the control system of the S7-200 CPU223 module, and extends the two digital modules EM223CN, leaving the I/O points of extensions for later use, software part USES the ladder diagram. Porcelain tiles are analyzed in detail from the kiln output to the end of the packaging process, system of signal acquisition using photoelectric sensor and proximity switch. Transmission phase from the end of the porcelain tiles used the micro switch, brick arrive here touch the micro switch, a sound and light hint, make the operation personnel to pack the brick, prevent fall, avoids the accident happens.
