第四篇:出国研修心得体会
时光飞逝,转眼为期一年的赴日研修已经结束,对于渐行渐远的赴日研修来说,是收获,是劳累,是甜蜜,是苦涩,可能每个参加此次研修的有不同的感觉。
一赴日研修让我转变了思想,更新了
从刚开始到日本的手足无措到后来的能轻易应对各种各样的问题,从刚开始的一无所知到后来渐渐开始了解日本的各种风俗习性以及日本所特有的民族精神等等,不仅仅是使我提高了自身的能力,同时也让我开拓了视野,扩展了见识。在与那些日本人交流的过程中,

深深感到了自身的不足,感到加强学习的必要性。所以在研修过程中从日本人那里学到的经验和教训,对我来说都是弥足珍贵的。
二赴日研修让我重新认识了自我,提高水平这些课程资源给了我很大的启发,也个了我很大的帮助。
以前的自己是一个未经世事的'书呆子',什么都不用想也不用去考虑。一切都不需要考虑,尽管已步入大学,仍然以小孩子自居。不用有什么责任也不需要有什么负担。经过研修才发现自己的想法太过于幼稚,作为每一个人都应该有自己的责任和义务,也应该承担自身的责任与义务,而不是躲进被人的保护伞离,这些责任和义务是别人不能承担也无法承担的,所以说我们所能做的是鼓起勇气,做自身的强人哦。通过研修才发现原来自己可以如此坚强和勇敢,再也不是那个一遇到事情就手足无措的傻瓜,再也不是那个一受到批评就掉金豆的小'笨蛋'拉,开始熟练应对工作上生活上的各种问题,即使是受到最严厉的批评都不会脸红一下,不敢想象自己可以如此的坚强。重新认识到如此坚强的自己,才发现自以渐渐变的越来越强了。
三研修生活使我体味深刻,感受奉献
研修毕竟不是在自己的国家,不同的民族也会有不同的生活习性和不同的思想方式,有时难免会受到委屈,我想这些都是生活必经的一些小磨难而已,由此也让我体会到生活的另一种调调。然而更多的是一些和蔼可亲的人们,他们教会我如何坚强,如何对待人生,那种
