浅谈海尔企业核心竞争力的培育

摘 要

本文是针对海尔集团核心竞争力培育的探讨。核心能力是企业的一项无形资产,它以企业的技术能力为核心,通过战略决策、生产制造、市场营销、内部组织协调管理的交互作用而获得并使企业保持持续竞争优势的能力,是企业在发展过程中建立和发展的一种资产和知识的互补体系。其强弱在很大程度上受企业面临的产业技术和市场动态的影响。

在本文中,笔者将以海尔集团为具体背景,首先在第一、二章中对企业核心竞争力的概念、特点以及企业核心竞争力形成的过程进行了简单的论述,这一部分可看作是论文的基础和理论部分,是后文的铺垫。然后在第三章内容针对海尔集团核心竞争力的具体内容(包括企业文化、品牌效应、企业创新能力、人力资源管理等)展开了详细的分析。

ABSTRACT

This article is to explore for the Haier Group's core competitiveness nurtured. Core competencies are an intangible asset of enterprises, it is the core of enterprise technological capabilities through strategic decision-making, manufacturing, marketing, internal organization and coordination of the interaction management capabilities enable companies to obtain sustained competitive advantage, enterprises establishment and development of an asset in the development process and knowledge complementary system. Affected by the strength of its technology and market dynamics of industrial enterprises are facing a great extent. In this article, I will be the specific context of the Haier Group, first in the first two chapters of the process concept of core competitiveness of enterprises, characteristics and core competitiveness of enterprises formed a simple exposition, this part can be seen as and theoretical part of the thesis is to pave the way later. Then in the third chapter of the core competitiveness of the Haier Group for the specific content (including corporate culture, branding, business innovation, human resource management, etc.) carried out a detailed analysis.
