摘要 任何事物都是有利有弊，人类在制造出机动车辆来方便交通的同时，也为

自己制造了灾难。在日常生活中，交通事故时有发生。据统计，我国因为交通事故每年死亡的人数均在10万人左右，随着交通工具的普及，交通事故的数量肯定会逐年增多，其中因事故肇事而构成犯罪者，也必然会有所增加。预防交通事故的发生，除了从技术方面加强交通工具的安全性，道路的良好保障性外，在交通安全意识的教育方面和交通文化培养方面，政府与民众均应予以高度重视。

Abstract Everything is good and bad, create as human motor vehicles to convenient traffic,

but also make for the disaster. In daily life, traffic accidents occur frequently. According to the statistics, because of the traffic accident in China every year the number of death are at about 100000, with the popularization of traffic tools, the number of traffic accidents will certainly increase annually, including a hit-and-run accident for perpetrators, also will increase. Prevention of accidents, except by strengthening the technology of transportation safety, the road of the good security outside, in traffic safety consciousness education and transportation culture training, government and the people shall be paid much attention.
