摘 要

成本管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分，当前我国中小企业成本管理虽然取得进步，在国民经济中占有重要地位，提供了多数就业岗位，却仍然存在若干问题。在如今经济飞速发展的时代，要在激烈的市场竞争中立足，更应该针对阻碍企业发展的问题进行分析，并提出一些有效的建议和对策,文章对XXX装饰工程有限公司的成本管理进行了研究，分析出成本管理观念、方法、手段落后等问题，并提出树立现代成本管理理念等相应的措施[1]。
