本学期我组工作，紧紧围绕着提高课堂教学效率这个中心，狠抓教学常规的落实，加强课题研究，加大青年教师的培养力度，深化课堂教学改革，全面提高了本组教师素质和教学质量。

一、加强教育教学理论学习，提高教师理论素养

1.认真学习了有关综合实践活动、研究性学习、课程改革与课程评价等各类课程改革的材料。

2.定期组织了教师进行理论学习交流，撰写教学论文。 二、按模块课程标准，进行教学研究，提高课堂教学效益
