关于做好2012届普通本科学生毕业论文（设计）工作的通知
各教学系：
毕业论文（设计）是本科专业人才培养方案的重要组成部分，为了进一步提高我院毕业论文（设计）质量，按照学院对毕业生毕业论文（设计）的要求，现将2012届本科生毕业论文（设计）工作的有关事项通知如下：
一、毕业论文工作的组织和管理
本科生毕业论文（设计）组织管理工作由教学管理部统一负责，各教学系负责具体实施。
1．要建立毕业论文（设计）层层把关、篇篇过关的工作机制和责任制，各教学系主任负总责，具体落实2012届普通本科生毕业论文（设计）工作，负责本系本科生论文（设计）各环节工作任务的安排、检查和成绩评审工作。
2．按照学院毕业论文（设计）工作日程，统筹安排本系论文（设计）选题、指导教师配备、论文开题、中期检查、论文评阅、论文答辩、成绩评定等各项工作，制定本系毕业论文（设计）工作计划。
①各教学系于11月1日前制订工作计划，落实论文（设计）指导任务，安排指导教师。
②11月15日前将毕业论文(设计)的工作计划和日程安排上报教学管理部。 二、毕业论文(设计)的工作要求
1．加强对毕业论文（设计）指导教师的遴选和管理工作，严格控制指导学生数量，每位指导教师指导学生人数原则上不可超过10名。应召开毕业论文指导工作动员会，进行必要的指导培训和经验交流活动。
①组织师生学习《江西财经大学现代经济管理学院普通本科生毕业论文（设计）工作指导手册》，明确毕业论文（设计）选题、文献综述撰写、开题、指导、中期检查、评阅、答辩及成绩评定等环节的具体任务和工作要求。
②安排或聘请有经验的教师对毕业论文（设计）指导教师进行集中培训1～2次。 2．加强毕业论文（设计）教师拟题、教学系审题、学生选题的工作管理，严把“选题”关。

③选题一经确定，不得随意更改。学生对毕业论文（设计）题目所做的任何修改、变更必须经指导教师、教学院长审批方可。
3．开设毕业论文（设计）写作课程或举办相关的讲座，安排或聘请有经验的教师对各专业2012届学生分行政班进行毕业论文（设计）撰写辅导；并加强学生学术诚信教育，宣讲学校关于论文中出现抄袭等现象的处理规定及后果。
4．要进一步规范学生毕业论文（设计）的撰写工作，认真遵循《江西财经大学现代经济管理学院本科生毕业论文（设计）撰写规范》和《论文规范样式》的要求。毕业论文（设计）正文部分字数一般不少于5000字。
①毕业论文（设计）文献综述撰写格式参见《江西财经大学现代经济管理学院本科毕业论文（设计）过程管理手册》中有关毕业论文（设计）文献综述撰写要求，凡未完成毕业论文（设计）文献综述的学生，其毕业论文（设计）不得开题。
②中英文摘要：摘要作为一种特殊的陈述性短文，是建立在对论文（设计）总结的基础上，用简单、明确、易懂、精辟的语言，对全文内容加以概括。英文摘要必须与中文摘要一致，使用标准英文书写，避免使用口语，多使用主动语态，应使用易于理解的常用词，不用生僻词汇，切忌机器翻译。
③文献引用：正文中引用的数据和资料要有脚注，引用网站（网页）的内容在脚注中要标明网站（包括日期）。在正文中引用的文献，必须在文后的参考文献中列出，无关的文献可不列。
④评语和成绩：评语必须紧密结合论文（设计）实际，切忌同一化和空洞化。评语与论文（设计）的评分要匹配，评语一般不少于200字。
⑤论文答辩：各教学系毕业论文（设计）要求全部进行答辩。各系确定毕业论文（设计）的答辩日程安排，公示答辩时间，并将答辩日程安排表交教学管理部备案。学院将组织各方面专家参加部分答辩会，检查论文答辩质量。
5．要加强毕业论文（设计）工作的中期检查，着重检查毕业论文（设计）的学风、工作进度、教师指导情况及工作中存在的困难和问题，并采取有效措施给予解决。
6．各教学系要严格论文（设计）评定质量标准，不得以学生实习、找工作等理由降低评分标准。对同一学生，原则上应分别指定论文（设计）指导教师和论文评阅教师；指导教师不参加所指导学生的毕业论文（设计）答辩；论文（设计）指导教师对不遵守指导教师指导，不按学校要求认真完成毕业论文（设计）的学生，应按照实事求是的原
