摘 要

随着全面推行素质教育和实施新课程改革的教育观念以来，学校更加关注以学生发展为本，重视学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。学生社团是推进学生健康发展的重要途径和有效载体。近几年，小学生社团活动建设得如火如荼，社团活动培养了学生的个性发展和创新意识。但是，社团活动还存在着诸多有待解决的问题，社团活动现状不是很理想。本文立足于国内外有关社团活动的研究和经验，在阅读大量文献资料的基础上，结合现场观察、问卷调查和深入访谈，了解到秦皇岛经济技术开发区第三小学社团活动发展现状，在深刻分析该校社团活动发展存在的问题并剖析其问题成因的基础之上，提出了几点参考性的可行建议，希望自己的研究能对小学生社团活动发展提供一些借鉴性参考。

Abstract

With the comprehensive implementation of quality education and since the implementation of new curriculum reform education concept,Schools pay more attention to based on students' development, pay attention to students' morality, intelligence and physique, us, fatigue all-round development.Construction in full swing in recent years, the elementary student community activities, community activities to cultivate the students' individual character development and innovation consciousness.However, club activities, there are many problems to solve, club activities present situation is not very ideal.Based on studies of club activities and experience both at home and abroad, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, combined with field observation, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, to understand the current situation of the development of qinhuangdao economic and technological development zone in the third primary school club activities, the deep analysis of the existing problems in the development of the school community activities and analyzes its based on the root cause of the problem, puts forward some feasible Suggestions of reference, hope I can study club activities for elementary school development to provide some helps for reference.
