摘 要

本次设计题目来源于沈阳特变电工联合厂房基础工程。设计首先将调研中收集到的沈阳特变电工联合厂房的地质勘察报告、上部建筑结构情况及相关技术的国内外资料进行综合分析,严格遵循《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ94-94)并结合地方经验初步拟定了沉管灌注桩,螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土桩基础,钢筋混凝土预制桩三种桩基础设计方案。然后对此三种基础方案进行了初步的设计计算,计算出其工程量,得出各自主要工程项目的概预算。

本设计进而通过对拟选方案的技术可行性、经济合理性、工程可靠性三方面综合分析,最终确定螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土桩基础为最佳设计方案,并按优选方案进行工程量及参数设计计算。具体优化参数与概预算总结:选择第五层中粗砂为桩端持力层。桩长为L=20m。桩径为φ600mm,桩身采用C25的混凝土,桩身主筋为8φ18,箍筋为φ8@120。承台底面埋深为1.5m。桩基础的A承台平面尺寸为3×1.2m2,B承台平面尺寸为3×3m2。螺旋钻孔混凝土压灌桩桩基础含税工程总造价为:821378.38元,相比可知,优选方案较其他方案工程造价将近节省10万元,基本达到优化设计的目的。

最后,根据优化方案完成了铁芯车间桩基础工程的施工技术方案和工程质量检测的设计工作。在设计的主要工作及结论部分,本人对设计过程中所获得的主要数据成果进行了分析总结。另外,此次设计的最大特点是将整个设计阶段遇到的最为重要的几个问题单独提出并分析进而表述了自己的见解。

Abstract

The design of topic is from the Shenyang joint special variable electrical plant pile foundation works The design will first analysize the collected materials of the Geological Survey report of Shenyang special variablely electrical Joint plant, the upper structure information and domestic and foreign materials of related technology.And the design is abide by the Construction Pile Technical Specifications (JGJ94-94) strictly combined with local experience in the initial development of the three pile foundation design of immersed tube piles, screw drilled grout-cast-in-situ pile and precast reinforced concrete piles Secondly,this programme are based on the preliminary design, and calculate the amount of their works and their budget.

Then I will compare these three programmes in three ways of technical feasibility, economic rationality and reliability analysis.At the end of that ,I choose screw drilled grout-cast-in-situ pile foundation as the best programme Then I will design and calculate it.Specific parameters and optimize the budget estimate summary:Choose the fifth layer of sand to pile-bearing stratum.Length for the L=20m.Pile Drive for φ600mm,using C25 pile of concrete, pile Zhujin for 8φ18, stirrups forφ8@120.By the underside depth to 1.5m.A pile foundation for Taiwan Plane size of 3×1.2m2,B flat cap size of 3×3m2.Spiral bored concrete piles pressure irrigation works based on the total cost of tax: 821378.38yuan.Compares may know,the optimal plan will compare other plan building cost of projects nearly to save 100,000Yuan.From that we know the design have basically achieved the the goal.of optimization design.

Finally,I have finished the works of technical programmes and the project’s quality testing of the pile foundation.And in the part of the major work and conclusion of the design, the main outcome data which were drew out from the design’s result were analyzed and summarized.In addition,the most important feature of the design is that I have brought out several important issues ,which were encountered during the stage of the design.,and analyzed them.Eventually,I will give my individual suggestions on that.
