资源类上市公司的投资价值分析(字)
摘 要:本文从市场中常用的指标着手，根据国内上市公司目前财务特点选取指标，构建了资源类上市公司投资价值评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法对指标进行筛选，将单一指标转化为影响其投资价值的综合指标，避免了信息的重叠，使综合指标不仅保留了原始变量的主要信息，彼此之间又不相关。最后选取45家资源类上市公司数据对其综合分析,得出资源类上市公司虽具有一定的投资价值，但其投资价值与市场价值存在一定差异这一结论。

The Analysis of the Investment Value Evaluation of the listed resources company
Abstract: In this article ,beginning with commonly used indicators from the market ,and according to the characteristics of domestic listed company financial indicators selected , I construct the resource value of listed investment evaluation system ,and use the way of principal component analysis to screen out the index in order to change a single index into a integrative index with the impact of the value of its investment to avoid duplication of information, so that integrative indexes not only can preserve the key information of original variables, but also not relate to each other. Finally analysis the data selected from 45 quoted companies of resource, and arrive at a
conclusion that although the listed companies of resource reached a certain class of investment value, investment value and market value of itself are different.

摘 要：本文以2008年前沪深上市的公司为样本,运用投资中的应收账款、存货、固定资产和长期股权投资占总资产比率来比较不同行业上市公司差异的方法,研究了不同行业上市公司的四种比率对投资行为的影响,在最后提出优化不同行业上市公司投资行为的对策。例如建筑业的优化对策是建立信用双向担保制度,减少应收账款、坏账,产业发展的速度与市场需求保持一致。

The Comparative Analysis of Listed Company in Different Industries about Investment Behavior
Abstract：Selecting listed companies before 2008 as samples, to compare the different of listed company in all walks of life by using the ration of account receivable, goods in stock, fixed asset and the long-term stockholder's rights investment of total property in investment, This paper analyzes the relationship between four ratios and investment ,in the last we can offer some propositions to the optimized different profession to be listed invests the behavior. such as the following ,the construction industry optimizing countermeasures is establish the Way of credit guarantee system, Reduce accounts receivable, bad debt, The speed of industrial development consistent with market demand. And so on .
