摘 要 当前，电子商务作为一个高速发展的行业,物流配送系统的滞后状况,已成为不可回避的瓶颈。物流配送系统的效率高低是电子商务成功与否的关键,电子商务的“物流瓶颈”问题在我国现在的主要表现是，在网上实现商流活动之后，没有一个有效的社会物流配送系统对实物的转移提供低成本的、适时的、适量的转移服务。配送的成本过高、速度过慢是偶尔涉足电子商务的买方最为不满的问题。 若想突破电子商务发展的物流瓶颈,当务之急是要尽快建立社会化、产业化和现代化的高效合理的物流配送体系。 关键词 电子商务 物流配送 瓶颈 解决方案

ABSTRACT Currently, e-commerce as a high-speed development of the industry, the system of logistics distribution lag condition, has become an unavoidable bottleneck. Logistics distribution system efficiency is the key to the success of electronic commerce, electronic commerce \physical distribution bottleneck\ problem in our country now is the predominant manifestation, online business activities, the absence of an effective social logistics distribution system for physical transfer to provide low cost, timely, right amount transfer service. The distribution of high cost, speed is too slow and occasionally involved in electronic commerce the most dissatisfied with the problem. In order to break through the logistics bottleneck of e-commerce development, a pressing matter of the moment is to establish socialization, industrialization and modernization of the efficient and reasonable logistics distribution system.
