Ways of Dealing with Cultural Difference

Do you know how many countries in the world? If we don’t count the area, there are 199 countries in the world. A large number of countries lead to cultural differences, and cultural differences lead to cultural conflicts.

Chinese and Western cultures, for instance, have conflicts in many ways. When others praise us, we tend to form a sekf deprecating, modest and polite. Western countries have no such cultural habits, when they were praised, always very pleased to say“Thank you”to accept.

So, what kind of impact will this phenomenon produce? From a good point of view, the culture will be effected by other cultures, evoling, and absorbing the benefits of them. However, every coin has its two sides. Sometimes, culture can be replaced by another, naturally the kind of culture will disappear.

The problem of cultural differences has been plaguing people like tigers in general. Then how should we be to deal with cultural

differences? Fifst, I consider it a core to treat different cultures equally. Second, respecting the value of our own culture, and respect for other cultures value. We could exchange ideas equally and learn from each other. Third, we should also hold the attitude of selecting the essence and abandoning its dregs.

Culture is equal, we should not have tainted glasses.
