汽车悬架是汽车的车架与车桥或车轮之间的一切传力连接装置的总称,其作用是传递作用在车轮和车架之间的力和力扭,并且缓冲由不平路面传给车架或车身的冲击力,并衰减由此引起的震动,以保证汽车能平顺地行驶。汽车悬架性能是影响汽车行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和行驶速度的重要因素。

本设计前悬架采用麦弗逊独立悬架,后悬架采用纵置钢板弹簧。经过查阅大量的资料,以及结合所学知识,对前、后悬架进行方案论证、结构方案分析以及设计计算。包括对减振器、螺旋弹簧、钢板弹簧、导向机构及横向稳定杆的设计计算。

Abstract

This design mainly research the cheetah CJY6470E suvs for design and analysis of both

the front and rear suspension method, Both comfort and delivery capacity.

Automotive suspension is the frame and wheel axle or between all the force of the floor -board of the connected device, the effect is the transfer function between the wheels and the frame of the torsion force and the force, and the buffer by the uneven road surface to the fra -me or the impact of the body, and the attenuation caused by vibration, to ensure that the car ca -n run smoothly. Automobile suspension performance is the car ride comfort, handling sta -bility and speed of important factor.

This design USES the macpherson independent suspension, front suspension after leaf spring suspension using longitudinal. Through access to a huge mass of data, and combining with the knowledge, to scheme comparison before and after the suspension, structure schem -e analysis and design calculation. Including for shock absorber and coil spring, leaf spring, the calculation in the design of steering mechanism and the lateral stabilizer bar.
