简易冲床设计

摘 要

本次我设计的是简单冲裁模具。因为本次设计题目与实践结合紧密,经过查阅资料,首先要对零件进行工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,采用冲孔落料工序,通过冲裁力、顶件力、卸料力等计算,确定压力机的型号。再分析对冲压件加工的模具适用类型选择所需设计的模具。得出将设计的模具类型后将模具的各工作零部件设计过程表达出来。

在本次设计中采用了冲孔、切断级进模。该模具的特点是在排样过程中不用考虑搭边值,板料宽度与零件宽度一致,节约材料。同时简化了步骤,提高了工作效率。

Simple Blanking Die Design

Abstract

I designed this simple blanking dies. Because the design of the close combination of Title and Practice, after access to information, the first parts to the process analysis, through process analysis and comparison, the use of punch blanking process, through the blanking force, the top piece, and in terms of discharge power, to determine the model press. Further analysis of the stamping dies for processing the application to select the desired type of mold design. In this design the use of the punching, progressive die off. The characteristics of the mold are in the process of packing up side without considering the value of sheet width and the width of the same parts, saving material. At the same time simplifying the steps to improve the work efficiency.
