摘 要

在市场经济活动中，财务风险是现代企业面对市场竞争的必然产物，它贯穿于企业生产经营的整个过程中，它的存在会对企业生产经营产生重大影响，经济活动的高风险迫使企业必须识别所面临的财务风险，了解风险的性质以及风险事故发生可能造成的损失后果，并在此基础上制定与实施对自己最有效的风险防范措施，减少可能的损失，维持企业正常的经营活动。因此，企业除了要了解财务风险的内特征与成因外，更重要的是要掌握财务风险的防范对策，把财务风险控制在一个合理的、可接受的范围之内，对加强企业财务管理工作、最大限度地降低企业生产经营各环节的财务风险、努力提高财务经营效益，具有十分重要的意义。而且企业财务风险防范与控制是现代企业财务管理的重要内容，在市场经济环境下，企业的经营者及财务人员必须提高财务风险的防范意识，对可能发生的财务风险提高警惕，并加强管理，才能减少各种不利因素造成的财务风险，使企业财务管理有序有效，保障企业实现利润最大化和长期可持续发展的目标。

本文主要是从企业财务风险相关理论入手，通过分析财务风险的内外部成因，利用财务风险分析方法，从偿债能力和营运能力等方面对万科集团可能存在的财务风险进行了分析，并提出解决财务风险的有效方法。

Abstract：Economic activity in the market , the financial risk is a modern enterprises face the inevitable product market competition , particularly in the development of China's market economy is unsound condition inevitable , it runs through the entire process of production and operation , and its presence is undoubtedly production and operation will have a significant impact , high-risk economic activity forced the enterprises to identify financial risks faced by the understanding of the nature and risk of the occurrence of the risk of accidents caused by the loss of the possible consequences , and the formulation and implementation on the basis of their most effective risk prevention measures to avoid the adverse consequences that may arise, reduce potential losses, maintain normal business operations . Therefore, enterprises in addition to understanding the characteristics and causes of financial risk , the more important thing is to grasp the preventive measures of financial risk , the financial risk control in a reasonable , within the acceptable range , to strengthen financial management , minimize financial risk all aspects of production and operation , efforts to improve financial and operational efficiency, has very important significance. This paper starts from the theory of corporate financial risk, through internal and external causes of financial risk, financial risk analysis method based on the Vanke Co. Ltd, there may be from the debt paying ability and operation ability and other aspects of the financial risk are analyzed, and some effective methods to solve the financial risk.
