Lesson5 Days of the Week

一课时

一、教学目标:

1.能听、说、读、写单词:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday和Friday。 2.能听懂句型What day is it today? What do we have on Mondays?并能做出正确的回答。

3.能听懂、会唱歌曲“My Days of the Week”。 二、教学内容:

1.词汇:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday和social studies, moral education。

2.句型:What day is it today?和What do we have on Mondays? 三、教学重难点:

1.能听、说、读、写单词:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday和Friday。 2.能掌握Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday的读音和书写;能实际运用句型What day is it today? What do we have on Mondays?

四、教学准备:

单词卡片、磁带、录音机、英语课程表、课件等。 四、教学过程 1.Warm-up(热身)

1.课前播放歌曲“My Days of the Week”。 2.Greeting with the Ss.

3.看时间并提问:What time is it? Oh, it’s 8:30. It’s time for ... class. (对照班级实际课表让学生补充并操练句型:We have ? today.)

4.引导学生学习理解单词today。 出示当天的日历说:Today is September 13th .

二、presentation

1.接上一环节,出示当天日历提问并书写:What day is it today? 引导学生读写 Thursday。书写It’s Thursday. 强调第一个字母“T”必须大写。

2.根据课表提问:What do we have on Thursday? 引导学生操练:We have ? on Thursday.

3.根据课程表上的内容选择星期一进行描述:We have . What day is it? 引导学生读写操练Monday。

(方法同Thursday)

4.只出示Monday和Thursday 课表,描述:We have … and …. What day is it?

5.接上一步,描述星期二的课程内容,we have ,what day is it?引导学生回答。

6.用同样的方法学习周三。

出示单词卡:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,反复几次后出现Wednesday。 7.引导学生操练:We have … and … on . Wednesday 教学生认读课程表中的新课程:moral education。 8.教学Friday,引导学生拼读单词和操练句型。

9.提问:What do you have on Fridays? 教学生认读课程表中的新课程:social studies。

三、practice

1.呈现所学的五个星期类单词,指名读。

2.展现一个新的课程表,和一个学生进行示范对话。要求学生根据课表做pair work。

3. Let’s chant 四、小结

单词:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
