运营管理现状与对策

摘要：随着经济全球化的不断发展，特别是近年来电子商务的快速发展，城市配送服务层出不穷，随之而来的问题是：如何有效的运营同城配送公司，提高配送效率，成为目前重要的课题。本文以重庆同诚智汇供应链管理有限公司为例，通过半参与式观察法调查、收集了有关该公司运营管理现状的相关信息，同时针对公司运营管理中存在的问题，结合公司的发展状况提出了建议。旨在通过不断完善公司的运营管理模式，提高公司配送效率，带来可观的收益。 关键词：同城配送 运营管理 运营模式
