Writing a Notice

1. General Guiding Principle

? A notice is a written or printed statement that gives information or directions to the general public. As one of the most commonly used practical writings, it is used to provide the public with various kinds of information, ranging from lectures, meetings, conferences, trips, and the Lost & Found to sports events, films, and parties.

A notice usually consists of many parts, including: 1) the name of the activity or event 2)time 3)date 4)place 5)the organizer
