摘 要

本文主要论述了塑料防护罩塑模具设计,其中还简单介绍了设计注塑模时相关的技术、理论和方法。模具的设计是采用软件CAXA电子图板2013进行绘制的,绘制了模具装配图、侧滑块、推件板、定模板、动模板的零件图。文中详细分析了注塑模具的设计过程,设计步骤包括:阅读零件图,工艺分析,确定模具结构,结构设计计算,画装配图,参数校验;内容包括模具结构形式的确定、注塑机类型的选择、浇注系统的设计、导向与定位机构的设计、冷却水道的设计及成型尺寸的计算等。最后,通过Moldflow模拟分析软件对塑件最佳浇口位置、充填时间、熔接痕分布、压力和气穴分布等进行分析,预测产品在注塑过程中可能出现的问题。

Abstract

This article discusses the plastic protective cover of plastic mold design, which also introduces the related technologies, theories and methods when designing injection molds. Mold design is the use of software CAXA electronic board 2013 to paint, draw the mold assembly drawing, side slider, pusher plate, set the template, move the template part in FIG. This paper analyzes the injection mold design process, the design step includes: reading parts diagram, process analysis, to determine the mold structure, structural design calculations, Assembly Drawings, parameter calibration; including the mold structure determination of the injection molding machine type selection , gating system design, design-oriented and positioning mechanism, and the design and calculation of cooling channels molded dimensions and the like. Finally, by Moldflow simulation software for plastic parts best gate location, filling time, welding marks distributed, cavitation pressure distribution analysis, forecasting product that may occur during the injection molding problems.
