摘要

在当前市场竞争越来越激烈的形势下,企业的竞争越来越表现为企业文化的竞争,而企业的竞争力源于员工的创新力,员工的创新力要靠企业文化建设来提升。本文从企业文化的意义、内涵、特征和要件等角度,通过对海航集团企业文化发展和员工绩效的结合方面进行研究,认为海航集团一直发挥企业文化对员工绩效的强大的推动力,贯彻“以人为本”的思想观念,最大限度地发挥人的作用。针对还存在的问题,有针对性地为海航集团提出加强企业文化建设和绩效管理的方法及措施。

Abstract

In the increasingly fierce competition in the market situation, the enterprise 's competition more and more performance for the enterprise culture of competition, and the competition ability of the enterprise comes from the innovation of staff, the innovation of staff depends on the construction of enterprise culture to promote. This article from the meaning of the corporate culture, connotation, characteristics and elements of angle, through to the HNA Group enterprise culture development and performance of the combination of research that HNA Group has been playing the enterprise culture to the staff performance of the powerful impetus, implementation of the \\to maximize the role. In view of existing problems, targeted for HNA Group put forward to strengthen the building of enterprise culture and performance management methods and measures.
