L型探针馈电的微带天线仿真设计

近年来,随着移动通信系统业务的不断增加,通信设备不断朝着小型化方向发展,同时对天线体积,集成化及工作频段的要求也越来越高。重量轻,剖面低,成本低和易于集成的微带天线,受到大家的广泛的关注。目前微带天线的主要限制还在于天线的狭窄。经过数十年的发展,很多研究学者提出了拓展微带贴片天线带宽的方法,其中采用L型探针馈电的方式得到了很多关注。
由于L 型探针垂直部分及水平部分和贴片之间产生感抗和容抗,两者相互作用产生谐振,使天线频带拓宽或者呈现多频带。这使得L型探针馈电广泛应用于现代移动通信系统中。本文介绍了微带天线的辐射原理及微波射频段电磁波的基本理论及L型探针馈电的微带天线。
文中依据理论分析以及数值计算相结合的方式设计出满足设计需要的微带天线并借助天线设计软件HFSS分析了L型探针水平段和竖直端长度对天线带宽的影响,在最后设计了一副进行仿真优化了的信号频段在3.2~4.4GHz的L型探针馈电的微带天线。

Absract
In recent years,with the increasing number of mobile communication
system,communication
equipment
developed
towards miniaturization direction constantly,and the antenna size, and frequency requirements are also becoming more and more important.Light weight, with low profile,low cost and ease of integration by all of us.The major limitations of microstrip antenna now is the bandwidth of the antenna. After decades of development,a lot of research scholars proposed method to expand the bandwidth of the microstrip patch antenna,which adopts the
L-shaped probe feed get a lot of attention.
Because vertical section and of L-shaped probe create inductive reactance and capacitive reactance,and both of them interact to produce resonance, this makes the antenna modern mobile communications system. This paper introduces the radiation principle of microstrip antenna and microwave radio frequency section of the basic theory of electromagnetic wave transmission and the antenna with L-shaped probe feed.
Based on the basic theory of microstrip antenna analysis and numerical calculation design a microstrip antenna meet the design need,and analysis the effect of the size of L-shaped probe on the antenna bandwidth with the aid of with simulation software HFSS.In the final,it designs a microstrip antenna with L-shaped probe feed which the transmission signal frequency band in 3.2~4.4 GHz.
