对我国物流企业面对跨国竞争的战略思考

内容摘要:

自中国加入WTO后,国内物流企业既有前所未有的机遇,也面临残酷的市场竞争。随着我国正式对外商开放国际货运代理企业的控股权。至此,在道路运输、货代、仓储、快递、辅助服务等物流领域涉及到的主题行业中,我国均已对外商开放了控股权。现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理理念,被广泛地认为是企业降低物耗,提高劳动生产率以外的第三利润源泉。世界各国特别是发达国家都在加紧现代物流形态的研发。世界物流业强手纷纷抢滩中国市场已是必然。知己知彼方能百战不殆,本文试从分析国际企业进入中国物流市场的动机及竞争态势出发,对跨国竞争条件下我国物流企业的战略应对,进行了理论上的阐述。

Abstract:

Since China joined in WTO organization, Logistics corporation in china hold opportunity in company with competition, along China opening the power of control stock to international freight deputize corporation formally, China already opened the power of control stock in subject industry which come down to Logistics field, such as roadway transport、deputize、warehouse、express and other assistant serves. Modern Logistics as an advanced organization mode and management theory, was widely considered for the third profit by origin for corporation reduce product cost, and enhance work productivity. All over the world especially for the developed country are press on research for modern Logistics forms, strong country of Logistics in the world glom China market was the truth, realize ourselves and others then can win the best, this article try to analyses motivation for international corporation enter into China Logistics market, and Logistics corporation of China reply stratagem through other countries, expatiate the theory.
