内容提要
一个公司要想发展壮大,必须重视激励机制的建立和完善。而激励机制并不是简单的奖励与处罚,它
对不同的公司、不同的管理者,甚至不同的地域都有着差异。如何能有效地制定针对本公司最有效的激励措施是每一个公司生存发展非常重要的一个工作。有些公司只制定片面的激励措施,不但没有受到预期的效果,反而产生了很大的负面影响。本文通过对斯美科汇公司出现的激励措施不完善的情况予以分析,提出改进措施,并探索更为有效的激励途径,从而使激励措施的作用发挥从分。
