《运输包装》课程设计任务书

一、设计题目

某家电/办公产品的整体包装方案设计

例如：电脑显示器、电视机、VCD、电饭煲、榨汁机、打印机、扫描仪、数码相机、电子仪器等

二、设计任务：

1．完成产品整体包装方案设计，包括流通环境的确定、产品特性分析，内包装、缓冲包装、运输包装和集合包装设计。

2. 缓冲包装设计包括缓冲材料的选取、衬垫基本尺寸的计算与校核、缓冲结构设计。

3. 运输包装设计包括瓦楞纸箱箱型的选择、尺寸计算等。 4. 集合包装包括托盘和集装箱的选用、排列和利用率计算。

5. 绘制图纸：缓冲衬垫结构设计图（A4图1~2张），产品包装装配图（A4图1张），纸箱平面展开图（A4图1张）。要求按照国家标准制图。

6. 完成设计说明书，内容包括： （1） 扉页

课程设计说明书

摘 要

本文研究设计对象是三星电视机的运输包装，通过对电视机的流通环境和产品本身特性的研究分析，对其进行运输包装的结构设计。通过市场调研和前期准备对现阶段市场上的运输包装进行总结分析说明，并提出自己的见解，再结合本次课程设计的具体要求以及实际情况，完成对该产品运输包装结构设计。对产品脆值进行分析，选择了合适的缓冲包装材料EPS。查找相关产品脆值，确定显示屏的脆值。再根据产品的流通环境，装卸方式和环境适应性，确定缓冲包装方式，并进行了缓冲衬垫的尺寸设计和结构设计，并进行相应的各种数据的校核，完成了缓冲包装设计。运输包装设计选用了适当的瓦楞纸箱型，运输包装设计选用0201型瓦楞纸箱设计尺寸结构，并计算了尺寸和强度。集合包装设计进行了托盘和集装箱的选用和排列方式的分析,在进行集合包装设计托盘和集装箱的选用和利用率计算。最后计算了成本并对本设计进行总结，完成了对三星电视机运输包装结构系列设计。

ABSTRACT

In this essay, I choose SAMSUNG television for my transport-packaging research, and make its structural design through the analysis of the products `s environment of the flow and characteristics of the product itself. I have a market research and then summarize, analyses and illustrate the transport package which in the market on this stage, and then put forward my opinion, then combine the practical require of this design course and the reality condition, complete the design of the selling package's structure designing. I select the appropriate cushion packaging material—EPS, the cushioning pad size calculation and structure design, and carries on the corresponding to all kinds of data of checking, completed the cushion packaging design. I select the corrugated boxes as the materials of transportation packaging design. The package design chooses type 0201 corrugated carton design structure size, calculating size and strength. In packaging design of the collection. Including the tray and container selection and utilization of computing. Set the tray and packaging design the selection and arrangement of the container of the analysis. I calculate of the costs and the analysis the cost and the overall of the summary. Finally I summarize and complete the series of the SAMSUNG transport-package design.
