LIMESTONE STACKER AND RECLAIMER

Applications

The limestone is carried by the stacking belt conveyor, and discharged on belt conveyor of the boom stacker. While the stacker moves, it is discharging the material inside the yard and formed herringbone stockpile, and completes the first mixing function. After the stacker piled the material, the full section reclaimed from the middle of the yard by the reclaimer, and discharged the material on the belt of the reclaimer, and completed the second uniformity for the bulk material.

1.1 suspended boom part

Boom frame is made of 2 Ⅰ-shape beams of changed sections.It is jointed a whole by steel plate transversely.Ⅰ-shape beam is welded by steel plate.The boom frame is made into sections for transporting,and welded into the whole unit at site.

On the boom frame, the belt conveyor is installed,it may be up 13° and down 13°,and the transmission adopts motor-coupling-reducer-transmission drum structure. A take-up device is mounted in the head of a place of discharging the there is a protecting device for anti-skew device for the belt, the head and tail of the belt conveyor have cleaner. The bend pulley in the head discharge has the adjustable baffler.the dropping point may be adjusted by the angle and position of the baffler according to the actual condition on site.

There is some counterweight mounted on the suspended boom of cylinder pushed.

There are gangways on both sides of the boom,the steel wire netting are paved on the gangway up to the head of the boom in order to examine and look around the belt conveyor.

In order to transfer loads transversely,there is a shear supporter at the adjustable point upper the frame of a door. At the boom and triangle frame,there is a limited angle switch.When operated normally,the boom seings between -13°—+13°;when changed the pile,the boom raises the max angle +13°。

1.2 Traveling mechanism

Traveling mechanism consists of the frame of door and drive unit. The frame of door if jointed with the upper boom by boll type hinges, and the whole weight of boom presses the frame of door. Under the frame of door, the both sides are
