关于朝阳健康药业有限公司筹资管理存在的问题及对策
摘 要
筹资管理是指企业根据其生产经营、对外投资和调整资本结构的需要，通过筹资渠道和资本（金）市场，运用筹资方式，经济有效地为企业筹集所需的资本（金）的财务行为。筹资管理的目的为了扩大生产经营规模，提高经济效益，投资项目若不能达到预期效益，从而影响企业获利水平和偿债能力的风险。在市场经济条件下，由于市场行情瞬息万变，企业竞争日益激烈，容易导致决策失误，管理措施失当，从而使得筹集资金的使用效益具有很大的不确定性。如果企业决策正确、管理有效，就可以实现其经营目标。在筹资过程中，企业管理者拓展投资渠道，必须谨慎，应着重进行对外投资决策控制与分析，对重大投资项目进行可行性研究。
本文分析了朝阳健康药业有限公司在筹资管理上存在的问题，如筹资方式的选择、筹资存在的风险等；分析了导致这些问题存有的原因，是筹资方式选择上的不当、企业内部筹资风险的成因等 ；提出了解决这些问题的方法，如加强内部治理、筹资风险的管理与控制等 。
正确的筹资方式能够从企业的经济利益出发，提高企业的经济效益。筹资风险的防范能够使企业更好地发展。因此，筹资管理存在的问题及对策就成为企业财务筹资管理的首要环节和内容。

Which makes efficient use of funds raised great uncertainty. If the business of making correct decisions, manage effectively, they can achieve their business objectives. In the funding process, the business managers to expand investment channels, to be careful, engage in overseas investment decisions should focus on control and analysis, essential investment projects feasibility studies.
This paper analyzes Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd. Chaoyang health management in the financing problems, such as the choice of financing, financing risks, etc.; analysis of the causes leading to these problems there is the inappropriate choice of financing, internal financing causes of such risks; proposed to solve these problems, such as strengthening internal control, risk management and finance control.
The right financing can be from the enterprise's economic interests, increase the economic efficiency of enterprises. Financing risk prevention will enable enterprises to better development. Therefore, funding problems and management measures on the financing of the enterprise financial management of the primary links and content.
