景福住宅楼
摘 要
本次毕业设计题目为景福小区住宅楼项目,建筑面积约为3800㎡,总建筑高度19.05m,采用砌体结构。砌体结构广泛用于住宅等民用建筑,具有较好的耐火性和耐久性等。
该设计共分两个阶段:建筑设计和初步结构设计,在结构计算时,可不考虑风荷载和地震荷载的作用,本次设计不包括水电、暖通等方面的设计,而设计重点主要放在结构设计。首先是建筑户型的设计,之后就是建筑平面设计包括各层平面图、立面图、楼梯剖面图;然后布置墙体、构造柱、圈梁、过梁和结构平面(预制板)、验算高厚比和墙体承载力、设计基础、楼梯间、阳台挑梁和其他构件、计算卫生间、厨房现浇楼板配筋;最后绘制配筋图和结构施工图。
整个毕业设计过程都以国家最新颁布的砌体结构设计规范为依据,设计成果包括:建筑施工图8张,设计计算书1份,结构施工图9张,设计方案符合国家规范和行业标准。

Abstract
The guraduation design topic for residential building, the building of dawu jingfu community is about for 3800m2,total building height of 19.05m,with brick and residential civil office,and has good fire resistance and durability.
The design is divided into phases:architectural design and preliminary structural design,structural calculation,the time to consider the wind load and seismic load effect,this disign does not include utilities ,HVAC and other aspects of design,and design focused mainly on structural design. The first is the design of construction units,including graphic design,after each layer is the architectural plans,elevations,stair profile;Then arranged walls,structural columns,beam and lintel structure、plane (prefabricated),checking the waii thickness ratio and the capacity,design basis,staircases,balconies and other components cantilever beam to calculate the bathroom,kitchen cast slab reinforcement;Finally,figure

drawings.The guadyation process is the latest issued by the state design of masonry structures based on the design results,including:construction drawing 8,a design calculations,structural drawings 4,the design in line with national standards and industry standards.
